Become an exhibitor

Draft level exhibitor / $1000

• Full-page ad in the event program (value of $600) and special recognition at the event
• Booth in the exhibit hall in a prime location
• All conference activities and meals for two people, which include lunch Friday and Saturday, and dinner Friday. (value of $800) Any additional people helping at the exhibit table must purchase a conference ticket.
• Promotions leading up to the event – Facebook features, e-newsletter mailings to 1000+ subscribers, listing on the PHCP website
• May contribute one item, if desired, to the swag bag distributed to all conference attendees (value of $100)

Horse level exhibitor / $695

• Half-page ad in the event program (value of $400)
• Booth in the exhibit hall
• Includes all conference activities and meals for one person, which include lunch Friday and Saturday, and dinner Friday. (value of $400) Any additional people helping at the exhibit table must purchase a conference ticket.
• Promotions leading up to the event – Facebook features, e-newsletter mailings to 1000+ subscribers, listing on the PHCP website
• May contribute one item, if desired, to the swag bag distributed to all conference attendees (value of $100)

Non-exhibitor promotional opportunities

If you would like to promote your business at the conference but are not able to attend as an exhibitor, the following options are available.

Conference program ads

A full-color ad in the conference program will ensure that all attendees discover your business.

• Full-page program ad – $600
• Half-page program ad – $400
• Quarter-page program ad – $200

Conference swag bag

Add your promotional item(s) to the conference swag bag (we estimate 150 bags). The cost for each item is $100. Complimentary swag bags will be assembled on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Please ship or bring your items to the hotel by noon on October 3. See the hotel shipping information below.

Raffle donations

Donate an item or service voucher to be raffled off. Proceeds will go directly to our scholarship program, which provides funds to students in need, to complete their education. We will limit the type of donation to items too large and/or expensive to be swag. The number of items to be raffled will also be limited to keep the event within a reasonable time frame. If you would like to participate and support our scholarship program through this raffle, please contact Christina Krueger.

Shipping, handling, and storage

The hotel will accept shipments no earlier than 5 days prior to the conference (address below). Shipment must include the guest name (whoever will be receiving the package), the group name (Progressive Hoof Care Practitioners), and indicate “Hold for arrival date of Thursday, October 3, 2024”.

Receiving service charges:

• $5.00 per item 1-20 pounds
• $10.00 per item 20-100 pounds
• $15.00 per item 100-200 pounds
• $100.00 per item 200 pounds and/or all skids
