I am a hoof care provider serving Bainbridge Island, WA and Kitsap County (service area within an hour+ of the island). I offer barefoot trimming, glue-on composite shoeing, boot fitting, nutrition consultation, and Metron Hoof (by EponaMind) consultation. After losing a horse to hoof related issues, I got started on my hoof care journey and studied under professional mentorship for over four years, studied with Daisy Bicking’s Integrative Hoof School/Daisy Haven Farm and Progressive Hoof Care Practitioners. I was previously an equine & small animal ER veterinary technician and marine mammal trainer for the US Navy, and bring this knowledge and experience into my hoof care practice. I am obsessed with hooves, passionate about rehabilitation, cooperative training with positive reinforcement, equine nutrition, and improving horse welfare. I attend continuing education events year-round nationwide to improve my hoof care practice. It is my mission to empower owners with hoof knowledge, and help horses that I so deeply love.
