Student non-PHCP Event Submissions

This form is for students who would like to add events relevant to hoof care that they have attended outside of PHCP to their file. Events registered through PHCP are automatically added to your file so please do not include those here. PHCP does not have a credit requirement for students in training and therefore credit is not tracked. However, it is helpful for us to see outside events you have attended as it gives us a more complete view of your education.
