NEW MEMBERS – You can choose to become a supporting member or to seek certification. Both types of membership have the same initiation and annual fees. Once your application and payment have been received, certification candidates will be contacted by the enrollment committee for a short interview to assist us in training program placement. All members will have access to our private forums and member discounts on webinars and other educational events. Please check the appropriate option below and you will be taken through the registration process.

TRAINING PROGRAM – Members applying to the PHCP Training Program must be 15 years old or older. Applicants under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian signature when applying and are not eligible to do PHCP-sanctioned mentorships.

MEMBERS-ONLY CONTENT – Access to site login and the forums will be available once your membership is paid and your password has been set via the link in your registration confirmation email. For training program participants, please allow us a few days to process your registration.

IMPORTANT – Sometimes email can be tricky and your registration confirmation and other emails from this site might not appear in your inbox. Membership fees

Annual membership is $75/year, plus a one-time $50 initiation fee, payable via credit card. The annual membership fee will automatically renew each year on that day you apply. If you cancel your subscription, your membership will be terminated.
