Progressive Hoof Care Practitioners (PHCP) will pay the undersigned presenter the agreed-upon conference presenter fee and expenses, to be indicated below.
Location: The Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel and Conference Center, 5440 N River Rd. Rosemont, Illinois 60018
Presentation dates/times: Saturday afternoon, Oct. 5, 2024 and Sunday morning, Oct. 6, 2024.
Presenter fee: 2 hours at $500 - $1000
Expenses include: Airfare and hotel accommodations for Friday night (if needed) and Saturday night. PHCP will arrange and pay for the hotel room directly.
Payment: 50% of the presenter fee will be paid when the signed contract is received. The balance of the presenter fee and all expenses will be paid at the conference.
