Area of service:
Crook County, Deschutes County, Jefferson County & Washington County

I offer Maintenance Trimming, Rehab, Barefoot Transition, Composite Glue-on shoes, and Boot fitting.

I began my barefoot journey in 2004 with my first trim clinic, and have continued my education ever since, becoming a member of PHCP in 2018.

My approach to Hoof Care is Holistic, I encourage a low sugar forage-based diet, appropriate vitamin/mineral supplementation, and lots of movement for each horse. My goal with each client is to help owners achieve optimal hoof health, comfort and well-being for their horses. I love seeing the improvement a horse can achieve when addressing trimming, diet/nutrition, and lifestyle/environment. I also welcome and encourage care from other equine professionals when necessary, including Equine Massage, Chiropractic, and/or Osteopathy.

I am currently creating a Track System on my property, preparing to offer Barefoot horse boarding and Rehab, with a special interest in the care of Navicular and Metabolic disorders.

I’m a lifelong learner of everything horse, which includes Horsemanship, Hoof Care, Anatomy and Nutrition. I love trail riding and horse camping, and also have an interest in Cowboy Dressage and Working Equitation.
