Intermediate Student Practitioner

Hi, I’m working an hour and half in the area of Trois-Rivières. I have clients in Quebec city, Victoriaville, Sorel, Mauricie and Estrie. I’m a Cavallo dealer and Scoot boot and can apply composite shoes (with nails or glue) and casting. I work on a trim schedule between 4 and 8 weeks maximum depending on your horses, the pathology etc.

My background:
I completed an in-depth amount of training in 2022 to 2023. I started out going through the Québec (provincial board of education) farrier school, although I knew from
the beginning that I was more interested in the barefoot approach than the traditional. Since I
attended two clinics with Maia Chaput, one PHCP beginning clinic, as well as an advanced anatomy/dissection clinic that Maia presented for the QC farriers association (similar to PHCP advanced anatomy clinic). I also shadowed/mentored with Catherine Larose and collaborate regularly with the local PHCP group. I currently trim about 60 horses on a regular rotation.
