As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, Wendy has worked with horse people to help them find greater ease both in and out of the saddle. Feldenkrais is based on the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais and guides participants through a series of non-habitual movements, to discover greater freedom of movement. With this awareness hoof care professionals can find easier ways to organize while performing their services and let go of physical tension at the end of each day.
